Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Hertford is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead a major electrical testing contract for a leading social housing provider.

You will manage a high‑performing team, oversee budgets and KPIs, ensure statutory compliance and client satisfaction, and drive service excellence with a hybrid working arrangement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager.
• Experience managing EICR, electrical testing or compliance contracts.
• City Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
• City Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).
• Experience managing teams, budgets and client relationships.
• Commutable to the Hertford area.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale electrical testing contract.
• Leading supervisors, engineers and administration teams.
• Managing budgets, KPIs, SLAs and contract performance.
• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring statutory compliance, health & safety and operational excellence.
