Electrical CAD Designer

New Malden (Hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite)£36k - £54k DOE Role details: We're partnering with a forward-thinking technology company who deliver advanced solutions to the defence, space and security community, they work are across multiple domains to solve their customers' hardest challenges. They're looking for an Electrical CAD Designer to create and review electrical designs/drawings on a defence maritime platform management project. Responsibilities: Produce electrical schematics using AutoCAD electricalSupport the creation and management of Bills of Materials (BOM)Develop component libraries to support schematicsReview electrical schematics in accordance with relevant standardsMaintain documents and drawings through development and production changes Requirements: Strong experience in an Electrical CAD positionUnderstanding and working knowledge of electrical related Defence StandardsProficient user of AutoCAD Electrical or similarAbility to work independently on own initiative, as well as within a collaborative team environmentAbility to work under pressure in a complex and rapidly changing environment Eligibility: To be considered for the role, you must have active SC Clearance OR eligibility for clearance (Sole UK National + Residence in the UK for the past 5 years).
