RGB seeks an Electrical Building Services Engineer for its Northampton office. This permanent, full-time role offers £40,000 to £60,000 annually. You will manage design through to handover on residential and accommodation projects, liaising with developers, architects and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical building services design.
• Strong knowledge across electrical engineering services.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with developers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical building services designs across residential and accommodation projects from concept through to handover.
• Collaborate with estimating, BIM and project delivery teams to support tenders and design coordination.
• Produce design calculations and specifications in line with applicable standards.
• Liaise with developers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design challenges.
• Ensure compliance with employer requirements, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Attend internal and external design and project meetings and contribute to progress reporting.
