Job summary

RGB seeks a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for its Winchester, Hampshire office. You will deliver electrical building services designs across a varied portfolio, from residential to commercial and heritage projects, and mentor junior engineers.

This permanent, hybrid role offers £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, with a path for professional development within an established consultancy founded in 1980.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.
• Experience in electrical building services for MEP consultancy.
• Knowledge of British Standards and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical building services designs across a varied project portfolio.
• Coordinate with mechanical, public health and CAD disciplines.
• Attend client and site meetings and support delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Skills

Strong experience in electrical design

Strong communication and organisation

Project delivery ownership

Full UK driving licence

Education

Relevant degree/HNC/HND or equivalent
