Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Building Services Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing MEP consultancy in Kent. You will work on Stage 4+5 design, calculations, schematics, and drawing mark-ups, coordinating with architects and the design team, with some site visits and client-facing duties.

The role offers hybrid working, flexi-time and a clear route to chartership, plus progression and ongoing training to support long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Electrical Building Services design experience within the UK.
• Comfortable producing calculations and schematics and working to British Standards.
• Degree qualified or HNC/HND level.

Electrical Building Services Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer Up to 68,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexi Time + Chartership Support + Progression + Training Northfleet, Kent (Commutable from: Dartford, Gravesend, Rochester, Chatham, Maidstone, Bexleyheath, Bromley, Sevenoaks) Are you an Electrical Building Services Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer or MEP Design Engineer looking to join a growing consultancy that will back your development, support chartership, and offer a clear route through to Director level? This is a permanent position with a well–established M&E Building Services Design Consultancy where you will be supported by an experienced leadership team and given genuine long–term progression. You will be joining an established electrical team and playing a key part as workload continues to grow, including expansion into the data centre market alongside a strong residential pipeline. In this role you'll work closely with the Associate Director, taking a client–facing position and contributing to Stage 4&5 design. You'll carry out electrical calculations, produce schematics, mark up and update drawings, and liaise closely with architects and the wider design team, with occasional site inspections as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrical design engineer with UK building services experience looking for structured development, chartership support and a long–term career path in a modern, flexible working environment.
