BakerHicks is seeking an Associate Engineer - Electrical Services in London to lead electrical design across diverse projects in the built environment and defence sectors. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure designs meet standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Electrical Building Services Design.
• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles for construction.
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design activities across multidisciplinary projects.
• Produce and review calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
• Support project planning, resource management and commercial delivery.
• Mentor engineers and graduates within the team.
• Ensure designs meet relevant standards, quality requirements and client expectations.
• Contribute to proposals, client engagement and business growth opportunities.
