Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer in Manchester to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to reactive tasks across a central corporate office environment. This role is full-time, permanent with a salary up to £44,000 plus overtime.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th Edition, with strong experience in FM/maintenance and a background in BMS systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds 18th Edition) required.
• Experience in commercial/FM/maintenance environments preferred.
• Strong background in electrical maintenance and building services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate 15-storey office in Manchester.
• Complete PPMs and assist other trades as needed, including basic plumbing.
• Support building management systems (BMS) operations and fault finding.

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Electrical bias Engineers/ Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering / BMS to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM's & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.
