Job summary

HR GO Recruitment seeks an Electrical Assembly and Test Technician for a permanent factory-based role in the Cambourne/St Neots area. You’ll work 39 hours per week (Mon-Fri), start at 07:30, with an early finish on Fridays and overtime at time-and-a-half.

Location requires own transport due to rural surroundings. You’ll wire complete machines, perform functional testing and basic fault-finding, read schematics and BOMs, and support installations, upgrades and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Machine wiring, reading schematics and performing basic fault-finding.
• Assisting with installs, upgrades and improvement projects.
• Work to high safety and quality standards in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Wire machines including sensors, motors and actuators.
• Read schematics, layouts and BOMs.
