Job summary

Resource Recruitment is seeking Assembly Staff for a Bournemouth-based electronics manufacturer. The role involves electro-mechanical assembly, following drawings and work instructions, and basic testing to verify builds align with specs.

Hours are 37 per week over a 4-day schedule (Mon-Thu 7am-4:45pm) with overtime available on Friday and Saturday mornings. Excellent environment in modern facilities with a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Assembly experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to undertake basic soldering tasks.
• Able to read and work from drawings.
• Comfort with basic computer use for logging work.

Responsibilities

• Working to drawings and work instructions.
• Electro mechanical assembly of products.
• Some soldering of parts and wires.
• Checking work off against build specs.
• Using the computer to log work and undertake basic functional testing.
