Job summary

The InVictus Group is seeking Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site in Bristol (Stoke Gifford). You will join a 5-person engineering team to maintain electrical, mechanical and building services across the site.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8-5, with excellent benefits and pathways for internal and external training. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance and liaise with the client to uphold service levels.

Qualifications

• With at least 5 years experience in building services.
• Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent in Mechanical is required.
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• PPM, reactive maintenance.
• Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services.
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve.
• Report health & safety issues to site management.

Electrical & Mechanical Engineers - £40,000-£44,000 – Bristol, Stoke Gifford

I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

The need is for 1 Electrical & 1 Mechanical Engineers to come and join a 5-person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be required to work Monday-Friday 8-5

Day to Day Duties;

• PPM, reactive maintenance
• Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
• Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
• Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
• Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come from a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment.

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have;

• With at least 5 years experience in building services
• Core qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent in Mechanical
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
