Job summary

The InVictus Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a Bristol-based site in Stoke Gifford. You will join a 5-person team, focusing on preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and general building services.

The role requires a strong maintenance background with at least 5 years in building services, and a Level 3 electrical installation qualification (or equivalent in mechanical). You will work Monday-Friday, 8-5, with excellent benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in building services.
• Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent in Mechanical.
• Excellent presentation with good interpersonal skills for a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and building services.
• Undertake allocated tasks timely and professionally.
• Identify and report faults with building services equipment and resolve where possible.
• Ensure Health & Safety issues are reported escalated as required.
• Maintain communications with client staff regarding service levels and issues.

Electrical & Mechanical Engineers - £40,000-£44,000 – Bristol, Stoke Gifford

I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

The need is for 1 Electrical & 1 Mechanical Engineers to come and join a 5-person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be required to work Monday-Friday 8-5

Day to Day Duties;

• PPM, reactive maintenance
• Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
• Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
• Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
• Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come from a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment.

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have;

• With at least 5 years experience in building services
• Core qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent in Mechanical
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
