Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role covering multiple sites in the Bristol area.

The position offers a salary up to £45,000, a company vehicle and benefits. You will perform reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, with emphasis on electrical systems, at various commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3.
• 17th or 18th Edition.
• Trade certificates copies required.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Reactive maintenance.
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning).
• Tap Temps.
• Ensure log books are kept up to date.
• Assist other engineers.
• Provide technical support.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Bristol - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in Bristol. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 8 commercial buildings located in South the South of England (Bristol). The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

Responsibilities

• Carry out Reactive maintenance
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Tap Temps
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3
• 17th or 18th Edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch
