East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an Elective Outpatient Booking Manager to lead the appointments team within the Medical and Urgent Suspected Cancer pathway. You will supervise the bookings office, oversee rostering and performance, and work to national targets.
The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and an understanding of NHS processes; experience in outpatients and cancer pathways is highly valued.

An opportunity has arisen for an Elective outpatient Supervisor Role within our Fast Track Booking Service. The applicant would be expected to be able to demonstrate previous supervisory experience and a strong knowledge of the Cancer pathways.
The Successful applicant would be supporting the Elective Booking Manager in the running of the Appointments officer including electronic rostering, leave and performance. You would need to be confident, pro-active and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of National performance targets is desirable and an understanding of organisational objectives. You would be expected to ensure all bookings are managed in line with Trust and national policies and that all documentation is administered. Experience within the NHS would be desirable.
