Job summary

Civica is seeking a Software and Product Trainer to join our Elections and Democracy team. You will design and deliver engaging training for Civica Xpress and Civica Electoral Management, creating guides and e-learning content to help customers understand and use our election software.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues and support attendees across delivery formats, including virtual sessions and in-person workshops, ensuring training remains accurate and up-to-date with evolving legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software, product or technology-based training.
• Able to create engaging training guides and e-learning content.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn Civica’s electoral products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training for e-learning and live sessions.
• Deliver training on Civica Xpress and Civica Electoral Management to customers and colleagues.
• Create training guides, exercises, and online learning content.
• Support customers with product questions remotely and on-site.
