Job summary

Civica is hiring a Software and Product Trainer in our Elections and Democracy team. You will design and deliver engaging training on Civica Xpress and Civica Electoral Management products, using e-learning, Teams and face-to-face sessions to empower customers and colleagues.

You will create guides and learning content, answer product questions remotely and on site, and continuously update training as electoral services and legislation change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software, product or technology-based training, including creating training guides, learning materials or e-learning content.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills with clear communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• General IT skills including presentation, word-processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging product training for delivery through e-learning, Teams and face-to-face sessions.
• Deliver clear training on Civica Xpress and Civica Electoral Management products to customers and internal colleagues.
• Create and maintain training guides, exercises, workshops, documentation and online learning content.
• Support customers with product questions remotely and on customer sites.
• Build knowledge of Civica’s electoral products and relevant legislation to keep training accurate.
• Deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers and contribute to user groups and conferences.
• Collaborate with Xpress Support team and assist during busy election periods.
