Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) provides compassionate support in residential homes and community services in Northwest England. The Elderly & Dementia Night Support Worker role is based at The Mews and Heathside in Penketh, Warrington, offering permanent contracted hours and a 3 on/3 off rolling rota.

Night enhancement applies, and the role is open to female applicants due to residents' needs. Training and qualifications are provided on the job, with additional benefits such as a welcome bonus and

Elderly & Dementia Night Support Worker

Some people remember the care they received. Everyone remembers the person who gave it . At Heathside and The Mews , you'll help older people and people living with dementia feel safe, valued and respected every single day. You'll lead by example, support your team and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

This role is open to female applicants only. This is due to the specific needs and personal care requirements of the individuals you would be supporting, who have expressed a preference for female support workers

• Hours per week: Various Hours
• Salary: £12.71 per hour (+ £1 per hour Night Enhancement)
• Location: Penketh, Warrington
