Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated Elderly & Dementia Support Worker for day shifts in Warrington. You will help residents, many living with dementia, feel safe, valued and respected daily, while leading by example and supporting your team to deliver high-quality care.

This permanent 24-hour contract operates on a 3 on / 3 off rolling rota. The role is open to female applicants due to the needs of the individual supported.

At Heathside and The Mews, you'll help older people and people living with dementia feel safe, valued and respected every single day. You'll lead by example, support your team and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.
