Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) invites applications for a Night Residential Supervisor at Heathside and The Mews in Warrington. You will lead a care team, supervise shifts, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered support through the night.

The role offers 24–36 hours per week, a 3 on/3 off rota, and a £14.31/hour rate. A Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience is required, with a strong commitment to dignity and safety for residents.

• 2 years experience working in care.
• A Level 2 qualification or significant experience.
• An effective leader that can demonstrate the values of the organisation at all times.
• Ability to lead a shift and supervise other colleagues.
• Someone who is flexible and adaptable.

Night Residential Supervisor

You'll lead by example, support your team and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

• This role is open to Female applicants only as requested by our female residents to ensure the comfort and dignity who require personal care

In this role, you will work closely with and provide key support to the Senior Supervisor. Your days are as varied as the individuals you care for. From providing hands‑on assistance to stepping up in a supervisory capacity, your adaptability will shine. Your person‑centered approach ensures that every individual receives the specialised care they deserve, tailored to their unique needs. You'll be a senior figure to your colleagues, offering leadership and support while fostering a warm and respectful environment.
