Bond Turner is a leading law firm with offices in Liverpool and Bolton, recognised for its client‑focused Personal Injury work. We are recruiting an EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team in Liverpool, handling a varied caseload in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

You will own pre‑ and post‑litigation EL/PL matters, progress files, review liability evidence, draft pleadings and witness statements, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for issue or trial while

Responsibilities

• Manage EL/PL caseload end‑to‑end (employers’ liability and public liability).

We are currently recruiting for an EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage a varied caseload within a fast‑paced and supportive legal environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of a caseload of pre‑ and post‑litigated employers’ liability and public liability matters. You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently and effectively, including reviewing liability evidence, drafting pleadings and witness statements, negotiating settlements, preparing cases for issue or trial, and providing clear, confident advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
