Bond Turner in Liverpool is recruiting a Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor for a hybrid, full-time position. You will manage litigated PI caseloads from defence to settlement or trial, delivering clear legal advice and meeting client expectations.

The role requires strong case management, excellent communication, and the ability to work well independently and in a team as part of a growing PI team in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a personal injury caseload, ideally with litigated Fast Track files.
• Highly organised with strong case management skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team using own initiative.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor (Fast Track – non‑hire) to join our team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients.

Due to continued growth and development, we are looking to appoint a Fee Earner or Solicitor with 1–2 years’ litigated personal injury experience to join our established PI team. If you are driven, ambitious and looking for a rewarding and stimulating career, we would love to hear from you.
