Bond Turner is a leading law firm with offices in Liverpool and Bolton, recognised for its client‑focused Personal Injury work. We are recruiting an EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team in Liverpool, handling a varied caseload in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

You will own pre‑ and post‑litigation EL/PL matters, progress files, review liability evidence, draft pleadings and witness statements, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for issue or trial while

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing your own EL/PL caseload.
• Strong technical litigation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to advise clients clearly and professionally.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and progress files independently.
• A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Responsibilities

• Manage EL/PL caseload end‑to‑end (employers’ liability and public liability).
• Progress files efficiently by reviewing liability evidence and drafting pleadings and witness statements.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for issue or trial.
• Provide clear, confident advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
