As an EL/PL Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complexand challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claimsfrom start to completion. You will be responsible for providing legaladvice, conducting investigations, and representing our clients incourt. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
• Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Qualified or Non-Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 yearsexperience in Personal Injury Litigation - claimant EL/PL, but willconsider someone from a defendant background
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
