Job summary

Bond Turner is recruiting for a Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor in Liverpool. The role focuses on Fast Track litigated PI work, managing a caseload, and delivering high-quality legal services.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years’ litigated PI experience, be highly organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team within a collaborative PI department.

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing a personal injury caseload, ideally with litigated Fast Track files.
• Highly organised with strong case management skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedLitigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor(Fast Track – non‑hire) to join our team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients.

Due to continued growth and development, we are looking to appoint a Fee Earner or Solicitor with1–2 years’ litigated personal injury experienceto join our established PI team. If you are driven, ambitious and looking for a rewarding and stimulating career, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include

Manage and progress your own litigated caseload from defence stage through to settlement or trial
