Job summary

Simpson Millar Solicitors is seeking a qualified solicitor to develop and manage a mixed EL/PL caseload in a busy practice. You will conduct advocacy where appropriate and ensure cases are progressed in line with firm policies and client needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Experience managing a multi-track EL/PL caseload.
• Experience conducting own advocacy.
• Strong business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability matters.
• Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients per firm policies.
• Develop local business to secure referrals.
• Participate in the development, marketing and success of the department.
