EL/PL Portal Fee Earner

Location: Manchester, Hybrid, Full-Time, Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

We’re seeking an experienced EL/PL Portal Fee Earner to join our dedicated Personal Injury team at Simpson Millar. If you thrive managing your own caseload, hit your targets, and value smart working tools, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims through the PI Portal

•Use our streamlined case management system to deliver fast, high-quality outcomes

•Work to key KPIs – billing, case duration, cash collection

•Maintain high standards of client care and compliance

•Identify cases that fall outside fixed costs for more profitable handling

•Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

•Solid experience handling EL/PL Portal claims

•Strong understanding of PI procedures and fixed costs

•Results-focused with great time management and IT skills

•Team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach

•Excellent written and verbal communication
