Personal Injury Fee Earner - Greater Manchester - Hybrid - up to £45,000

The Role

Join a well-established law firm known for providing top-tier legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

The firm’s Personal Injury team is expanding, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Fee Earner to manage a caseload of litigated, Fast-Track cases involving RTA and EL/PL claims.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience handling RTA or EL/PL Claims, with strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures. The firm seeks a motivated, technically proficient Fee Earner who can build client relationships and deliver excellent service.

The Candidate

• Experience managing RTA, Credit Hire, or EL/PL claims
• Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
