Qualifications

• Technisch kompetenter Fee Earner mit Erfahrung in komplexen Rückforderungen.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Fee Earner to come and join our market leading Recoveries team with a focus on more complex insurance recovery work. This a dynamic role and you will have the opportunity to enhance an already highly successful area of the business and make a real impact. This role would be on a hybrid bases and can be based in either our Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool offices.

Responsibilities

• Handling cases for costs and exemplary damage recovery where the claim has been discontinued by a fraudulent claimant and there has been a fundamental dishonesty finding
• Handling claims involving coverage refusal for policyholders who have misrepresented when incepting policies or pursuing fraudulent first party claims and recovering monies paid.
• Enforcing sanctions
• Pursuing orders for sale on property.
• Winding up companies and statutory demands and bankruptcy
• Recoveries in commercial, EL and PL contracts where there is a third party target

About you

• Technically competent Fee earner
• Experience working in more complex recoveries
• Strong organisational skills
