Responsibilities

• Run EL/PL claims from notification through to settlement.
• Handle liability issues, medical evidence, and claim valuation.
• Negotiate settlements and progress claims through the Portal stages.
• Prepare hearing briefs and bundles; liaise with insurers, other solicitors, experts and clients.
