Job summary

Davies is recruiting for a Fast Track File Handler – EL/PL in Liverpool. You will manage a litigated EL/PL caseload with supervision aligned to the firm’s competency framework, handling relationships with clients and advising on liability and quantum.

Responsibilities include strategy, disclosure, witness statements, and coordinating with experts while maintaining regulatory compliance and a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated EL/PL cases up to £25,000.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong IT skills and case management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of a litigated EL/PL caseload.
• Build relationships with Keoghs clients and advise on liability.
• Devise strategies to resolve cases with best outcomes.
• Handle disclosure and witness preparation, including statements.
• Marshalling expert evidence and coordinating with the team.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations and Service Standards.
