Job summary

Uniting People Ltd seeks an EL/PL Fast Track File Handler in Liverpool. The role is hybrid, with 1 day a week onsite, working 35 hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (unpaid lunch). You will manage a litigated EL/PL caseload, build client relationships, and work within the team to deliver high-quality services.

The candidate will assess liability and quantum, devise strategies, and handle disclosure and witness preparation under supervision, ensuring adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated EL/PL cases (fast-track preferred).
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a litigated EL/PL caseload on a day-to-day basis under supervision.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues across the team.

• Support delivery of services to clients with accuracy and efficiency.
