Job summary

Davies Group seeks a Fast Track File Handler - EL/PL in Liverpool for a permanent full-time role. You will manage a mixed caseload of litigated EL and PL matters for high-profile corporate and insurance clients, under supervision and within our competency framework.

You will build relationships with clients, assess liability and quantum, prepare witness statements, and work with the team to deliver timely, compliant services in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated EL/PL cases, value up to £25,000.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with case management software and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of a litigated EL/PL caseload, under supervision.
• Build relationships with Keoghs clients.
• Assess liability and quantum, and devise resolution strategies.
• Deal with disclosure and prepare witness statements.
• Marshalling expert evidence and reviewing case materials.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
