Qualifications

• Experience handling EL/PL claims and PI/TPD elements.

• Proficiency with Claims Portal and portal protocols.
• Experience across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with insurers, brokers and policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a delegated authority caseload spanning PI and TPD.
• Operate across all three UK jurisdictions with jurisdictional agility.
• Execute proactive reserving aligned with client philosophy.
• Negotiate within authority limits and prepare tactical reports.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of EL/PL portfolios.
