Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current case law, statutes, and regulations.

• Knowledge of contract, statute, and civil liability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate policy and legal liability for EL/PL and third-party claims.
• Manage claims independently and with referrals, including litigation when needed.
• Maintain databases and correspondence with all parties.
• Provide detailed liability assessments and proactive client updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve claims efficiently.
