Job summary

Davies is looking for a Casualty Litigated Claims Handler to manage a caseload of EL/PL delegated authority cases in Bolton. You will collaborate closely with a Technical Support Lawyer while handling crucial tasks including evidence review, negotiation, and strategy development.

This role demands excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in personal injury law and good organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of delegated authority fixed fee cases.
• Instruct Counsel/advocate for legal matters.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the claims process.
• Conduct investigations with Insured’s and collect witness statements.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
