Job summary

Etex Group in Stirling is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Manager to lead site HSE strategy, drive zero-harm behaviour and ensure compliance with UK legislation and Etex standards.

You will partner with operations and leadership to deliver improvements, manage audits, investigation, and data analysis to reduce risk and foster a safe, sustainable working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 Health & Safety qualification.
• CMIOSH or working towards chartered status.
• Degree-level qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Health, Safety and Environmental agenda, promoting a Zero Harm culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS legislation, Etex standards and corporate requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and support to site leadership on health, safety and environmental management.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action programmes.
• Develop, implement and monitor EHS improvement plans and strategic initiatives.
• Drive behavioural safety programmes to improve safety awareness and engagement.
