Job summary

Etex is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Manager for its Stirling site. You will lead the EHS agenda, fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and partnering with operations to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership on risk, audits, and environmental initiatives, with a hands-on presence on the shop floor. You will collaborate with site leadership to maintain audit readiness, deliver improvements, and support

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading EHS in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and management systems.
• Experience leading audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement practical risk controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's EHS agenda and promote a Zero Harm culture.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation, Etex standards, and corporate policies.
• Provide expert guidance to site leadership on EHS matters.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action programmes.
• Develop, implement and monitor EHS improvement plans and KPIs.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
