Zusammenfassung

isepglobal is seeking an HSEQ Manager for a UK chemical plant. The role is a hands-on, site‑based blend of health, safety and quality, with ownership of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and environmental obligations, working closely with production and engineering to drive improvements.

You will lead DSEAR risk assessments, ATEX compliance, incident investigations and CAPA, manage audits for customers, change control and permit to work, and develop a visible safety culture on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on safety and quality background on ATEX site.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ at plant level in regulated manufacturing.
• NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.
• ISO internal auditor qualification across 9001, 14001 and/or 45001.

Aufgaben

• Own the site safety management system and ISO 45001.
• Lead DSEAR risk assessments and ATEX compliance.
• Take part in HAZOP studies and plant design reviews.
• Manage Permit to Work and Management of Change for plant modifications.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with remedial actions.
• Build a visible, engaged safety culture on the shop floor.
• Support ISO 9001 and environmental obligations.
• Host customer audits and manage validation projects.
• Own change control and CAPA, including non-conformance investigations.
