AB InBev is seeking an Associate EHS Manager to lead the brewery’s Environment, Health & Safety agenda, ensuring compliance with AB InBev standards and legal requirements while driving a proactive safety culture.

You will champion world-class safety, reduce environmental impact, and act as a technical authority on EHS matters within the brewery leadership team. Strong data‑driven leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Science or related discipline; NEBOSH Diploma preferred; IOSH/IEMA membership desirable.
• 5–10+ years of EHS leadership experience in FMCG/beverage/manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to transform safety culture and embed ownership.
• Experience leading incident investigations, risk management and high‑risk manufacturing activities.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and capability development.
• Strategic, data‑driven thinking with leading indicators.
• Influence without direct authority; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AB InBev’s Health & Safety strategy and embed a SAFE Together culture.
• Own risk management, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive environmental management and continuous improvement in water, energy, packaging and waste.
• Ensure compliance with AB InBev standards, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee VPO safety pillar governance and capability development.
• Lead occupational health programs and wellbeing initiatives.
• Build EHS capability through training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Track KPIs and report on safety, environmental, and management-system performance.
• Develop leadership capability and coach teams across the brewery.
