Job summary

AB InBev is seeking an Executive Brewery Quality Compliance Manager to lead the quality assurance function at the site, reporting to the Brewery Manager and part of the site management team. You will ensure food/ feed safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards while optimizing cost and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing the QA department, coordinating audits, reporting KPIs, and developing a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Acts as the leader with regards to quality and food/ feed safety standards.
• Manages the department budget and cost optimization efforts.
• Coordinates internal audits and compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the quality assurance department to meet internal and external requirements for service and quality.
• Manages relationships with unions where appropriate and supports continuous improvement.
• Ensures KPI reporting and effective cost management within the department.
• Oversees documentation, training and performance appraisals for the quality team.
