Job summary

AB InBev UK is seeking an Executive Brewery Quality Compliance Manager to lead the QA department on site. Reporting to the Brewery Manager, you will ensure service, quality and food/feed safety compliance across all processes while optimizing costs.

You will drive HACCP, GMP and external audits, develop the team, and partner with production to deliver world-class quality. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a track record in continuous improvement within a brewery

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and KPI reporting.
