Job summary

AB InBev is hiring a Brewing Area Owner for the Samlesbury site. You will lead a multi-skilled brewing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure optimal equipment availability and uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage budgets, coordinate shift handovers, and deliver production plans meeting volume and quality targets, while developing staff and driving departmental excellence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of brewing processes and yeast management.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and SOP adherence across the Brewing department.
• Set and monitor KPIs; govern reporting and performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; manage direct reports and succession plans.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations (EH&S, HACCP) and budget control.
