Office Angels is recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a dedicated Special Educational Needs team within a specialist education setting in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on EHCPs, SEND legislation, and supporting children and adults with additional needs.

You will manage EHCPs from assessment to annual review, coordinate with parents, teachers and local authorities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accurate pupil records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in SEND, EHCP, education, or local authority services.
  • Strong knowledge of EHCP process and SEND Code of Practice.
  • Excellent organisational and case management skills.
  • Confident communicator with liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in school/academy trust/local authority environment advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all statutory deadlines and SEND regulations are met.
  • Coordinate annual reviews and maintain accurate pupil records.

  • Act as a key point of contact for EHCP-related queries and case management.
About You
  • Previous experience working within SEND, EHCP, education, or local authority services.
  • Strong knowledge of the EHCP process and SEND Code of Practice.
  • Excellent organisational and case management skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Experience within a school, academy trust, local authority, or children's services environment would be highly advantageous.
