We Do Social Work Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND EHCP Officer to join a dedicated SEND team in Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and who can confidently manage the EHCP process from assessment through to review.
You will work closely with children, young people, families, schools and professionals across education, health and care to ensure that EHCPs are person-centred, outcome-focused and reflect the individual needs, views and aspirations of each child or young person.
As a SEND EHCP Officer, you will manage an allocated caseload across a number of educational settings, taking responsibility for the end-to-end EHCP process.
