Following the induction, consideration of hybrid working arrangements will be discussed - typically, this involves working from the office two days per week, with the remaining three days spent working remote, including school meetings, visits, and other duties.
Your role will support children and young people with SEND to access education and support. The work is highly process-driven, involving interaction with parents and professionals, but little or no direct work with children and young people. The work can be challenging, but is also very rewarding.
Join our team as we strive for better outcomes for children and young people with SEND and their families by continuing to improve the effectiveness and reach of our statutory SEND services.
