Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking an EHCP Coordinator for a 31-hour week in Nuneaton, supporting pupils with SEND within a dedicated school team. The role focuses on statutory SEND processes, documentation, and cross-agency collaboration.

The post is term-time only, with a Special School Allowance and pro rata terms. The successful candidate will manage annual reviews, liaise with families and authorities, maintain confidential records, and ensure deadlines are met while delivering a high

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and highly motivated EHCP Coordinator.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families, Local Authorities and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Annual Review processes and associated administration
• Liaising with staff, families, Local Authorities and external professionals
• Organising meetings and preparing relevant documentation
• Producing accurate records, minutes and correspondence
• Monitoring statutory timescales and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing admissions consultations and maintaining associated records
• Supporting the transition process for new pupils
• Maintaining accurate pupil SEND records and documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for families and professionals
• Supporting effective communication between school and external agencies
