Job summary

DN Colleges Group is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to support learners with Education, Health and Care Plans. You will coordinate annual reviews, maintain communications with students, families and external agencies, and champion a person-centred approach throughout the EHCP process.

The role requires managing a demanding workload and applying knowledge of SEND legislation to ensure statutory requirements are met and learners receive the necessary support.

Qualifications

Hold a relevant Level 4 qualification.
Experience supporting learners with difficulties, disabilities or impairments.
Excellent communication with students, families and external professionals.
Ability to manage a demanding workload and work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

Support the identification and tracking of learners with EHCPs across the College.
Liaise with students, parents/carers and external agencies during consultations and reviews.
Coordinate annual reviews and gather information from stakeholders.
Chair EHCP annual review meetings as directed by the line manager.
Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and Codes of Practice.
Promote a person-centred approach to EHCP reviews and learner support.
