Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is recruiting for an experienced EHC Plan Coordinator to manage a caseload of young people and oversee assessment and review processes within SEND. You will act as the main contact for families and professionals across education, health, social care, and the voluntary sector.

The role requires strong knowledge of SEND legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to statutory timescales in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced EHC Plan Coordinator or SEND experience in LA or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation.
• Ability to work to statutory timescales.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate proactively with other agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Warwickshire young people.
• Oversee assessment and review processes for EHC plans.
• Act as primary contact throughout the process.
• Promote partnership with families, children, young people, schools, health, social care and voluntary sector.
