Job summary

• Support SEND Team to meet statutory requirements in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Assist EHC Plan Coordinators to support families and professionals through the EHC Needs Assessment process.
• Work closely with families, schools, and partner agencies to provide targeted support on caseloads.
