Job summary

Trafford Council is seeking an experienced EHC Co-ordinator to support the Education, Health and Care processes for children and young people with SEND. You will coordinate EHC Assessments, issue EHC Plans, and respond to Annual Reviews while monitoring team performance.

You will supervise EHC Co-ordinators, manage complex casework, and work in a hybrid pattern with flexible options. Strong knowledge of SEND and collaboration with families is essential.
