Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is recruiting an experienced EHC Plan Coordinator to join the SEND Assessment and Review Service (SENDAR). You will manage a caseload of young people, oversee assessment and review processes, and act as the point of contact throughout.

You will promote partnership working with families, schools, health, social care and other professionals, while ensuring work meets statutory timescales.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of relevant SEND legislation.
• Ability to work to statutory timescales.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work proactively with other agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Warwickshire young people for assessment and review.
• Act as the point of contact throughout the process.
